Products
All products displayed on the website are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Very minor variations in texture or finishing may occur due to the nature of the printing and manufacturing process.
Colors & Details
The color of the product may vary slightly from the image displayed on the website due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and photography.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Fekraa products are manufactured after the order is confirmed. Therefore, processing time may vary depending on the type, size, complexity, and quantity of the product.
Custom Orders
For products that are specially customized for the customer, such as names, designs, sizes, or colors, the customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is correct before manufacturing begins.
Prices
The prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed. Prices and promotions may be changed at any time, and such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Images & Designs
Images and designs displayed on the website are intended for product presentation purposes only and may not be copied, reused, or commercially exploited without prior permission.
Orders
Fekraa reserves the right to contact the customer to confirm order information or product details before manufacturing begins. We also reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases, such as when the requested design cannot be manufactured or when there is an obvious error in the product price or information.
Shipping
After the order has been prepared, it will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Returns & Exchanges
Since products are specially manufactured and 3D-printed based on the customer’s order, products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product after manufacturing has started.
The only exception is if there is a defect or issue with the product itself resulting from manufacturing, or if the product arrives in an improper condition. In such cases, please contact Fekraa as soon as possible and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue so that it can be reviewed and the appropriate action can be taken.
Updates to These Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the website, services, or business operations. Continued use of the website after any updates are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
