Exchange and Refund Policy
Since Fekraa | فكرة products are specially manufactured and 3D-printed based on the customer’s order, products cannot be returned or exchanged after manufacturing has started simply because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
Once the order is confirmed, we may immediately begin printing and manufacturing the product specifically for you. Therefore, the product cannot be returned or reused for another customer.
The Only Exception
If the product arrives with a manufacturing-related issue or defect, such as a broken, damaged, or clearly defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.
In this case, the issue will be reviewed and the appropriate action will be taken, which may include remaking or replacing the product, depending on the situation.

- Please make sure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before confirming your order.
- Incorrect delivery information may result in delays or failure to deliver the order.
- Some orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping company issues or exceptional circumstances.
- Please inspect the product upon delivery and keep the packaging until you have confirmed that the product is in good condition.
- If there is any issue with the product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos or a video showing the problem.
